Tasting
The concentration and complexity of the Syrah is combined with the character and structure of the Cabernet Sauvignon to create a beautiful, expressive and wild blend. Careful barrel ageing adds a subtle touch of vanilla and a caressing roundness.
To drink with
Both full-bodied and fruity, it goes well with goat’s cheese from the Cairns farm. Or lamb chops. And it won’t shy away from a spicy dish!
