The Cuvée Eva, while staying true to itself, has acquired from its 2018’s vintage a delicate and silky taste, with already soft tannins. The Cabernet Sauvignon takes up more space and the maturing in french oak barrels is hinted at. The Syrah offers round and sweet red berries and spice notes.
